We offer on-site classes for children ages two through teens in NYC, Westchester, and Connecticut. This program can be included in your curriculum as it is DOE compliant and can be implemented quarterly, per semester, year-round, or anything that fits your schedule.

Each Summer, Mindful Masterpieces with Melissa is featured in local day camps. We often teach groups of just yoga or art to fit the busy camp schedules. If your camp is looking to add our Yoga, Art, and Mindfulness curriculum to your summer fun, please message us. We offer on-site teachers or will train and support your own teachers.

Mindful Art at home
Fine art appreciation with a weekly artist and discussion; we re-create the work together then share with each other. All elementary ages welcome.
Drawing and Painting Skills
Do you have a budding artist at home who wants to explore and perfect their skills? This class is geared to the individual student or group of students and the work they want to do. All elementary ages welcome.
Graphic novel artwork and storytelling
As a published author/illustrator, Ms. Melissa can guide your young storyteller onto the next phase of their story illustration. Covered here: planning, storyboarding, editing, and execution of a short illustrated story.

Portfolio Building
We can help guide students in building their individual portfolio for school interviews. Existing artwork is considered and where new work is required, we will create that together.
5th - 8th grade
Fashion Illustration
A subject near and dear to Ms. Melissa as a graduate of The Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC and a designer most of her life! Here we learn how to sketch your own croquis figures and designs with an emphsis on clothing construction and drawing detail elements.
4th grade and up
Online Adult Paint and Sips
This is a fun one. If you find a free hour one evening, you or you and a few friends can pour a glass of pino and hop online to have a brief chat about the featured artist, then recreate a work inspired by that artist. NO PREVIOUS ART SKILL NEEDED this is a relaxed evening and we even end with a quick meditation.
